"The communication is very poor with this company. We had questions about the size of the parking space and if it would accommodate a plug in car, so we could decide which car would make the most sense to bring for our long drive to Whidbey. Although we never got an answer on the size of the driveway (we would have been able to take our other car, it turns out) they did finally get back to us, after a second inquiry that they would provide an extension cord for our plug in. When we arrived that night, the key box wouldn’t open and many of the buttons on the lock box were broken off. We reached out and waited in the rain with our kids to find out the code we were given didn’t work, so after a while they gave us another code to try. The house was nice, dated, but comfortable. Now we are in the process of trying to get our deposit back, I am reaching out for the second time. Unfortunately, unless you are proactive about Whidbey Getaways is not great about communicating."
