"07.19.23 a little confusing as to where to go, but we walked into the building and the lady was kind and informative. ask about their junior ranger and bark ranger programs! there’s a 2 mile roundtrip hike to the bluff (it’s hot and dry to get out there in the summer, i’d recommend early morning or evening)."
"Went this weekend (July 2022) everybody who works here were absolutely friendly. There are restrooms right in the parking lot, the visitor center is small but they do have a National Parks cancellation stamp in the main office on a side table with other pamphlets of info and postcards you can buy. The lady who greeted me was so nice and gave me lots of info on the island of things to see and do. At the Ebey house we were welcomed by the man who was working there, he was so nice to my sister's dog and even offered the dog water which I thought was so thoughtful of him and very much appreciated. The view was amazing, nice breeze and so many views to look at. Lots of trails to walk on. Overall it was a calm and peaceful place with a very interesting history."
"Went for the 5.1 mile run along the bluff, can get really windy. The steep hills on the north side were exhausting but worth the beauty. Will definitely come back in the spring when the house opens up."
"Very good place to walk/hike. The views are impressive when it is not raining. The trails are pretty long, and lead down to the ocean. The trail has a spectacular view of the Port Townsend area from far away. Overall, very nice place to walk and hike."
