Bittu Madani got my info (I was planning trips to Barbados and Paris), and brushed me off by sending me incomplete information with astronomical numbers for both trips and when I pushed back, she just ghosted me. I followed up several times but didn't get any response. Extremely unprofessional; I would give 0 stars if possible."
