Reviews of Deception Pass State Park Administration Offices
"Great park with amazing views, lots of trails, fresh and saltwater beaches, nice camp sites and restrooms are clean. This was our 1st time here and we would certainly return when in this area."
"This state park is awesome! Views of the bridge are amazing. Geological features are impressing! The current under the bridge during tide change is a must see. Mother nature showing off her engineering skills. Seals playing and eating off the beach shore are a sign there is fish to catch. Watched a few boats drop lines off the south west beach shore about 200 yards out. Worth a couple shore casts to see whats swimming around. There is a military base to the south which does make some noise. Hearing the jets fire up the afterburners as they rip through the sky. They fly low and you can totally check them out. We've been listening to the top gun soundtrack and sticking our thumbs up hoping to hitch a ride with one of the pilots. Cranberry lake is beautiful and has fresh water fishing as well. Making this state park a number 1 must see and experience. Plus everyone loves the sound of freedom."
"I have ridden my bicycle around the country for the past 3 years. 14000 MI this by far has got to be the most well-managed Park I've ever been in. It is very busy extremely busy and they still manage to smile. My hats off to everyone that has made this park the most beautiful camping experience I've ever had thank you"
"Beautiful old growth trees shade the entire Park. Spacious clean camp sites, all with fire pits. Clean public restrooms with hot shower rooms available. Fantastic beach area on Cranberry Lake or beach comb the ocean shores. A wonderful place for family and friends to make lasting memories."
