"I’ve been to many specialties including Mayo & there is none better than Fred Hutch Cancer Center! I love my doctor, Dr Garcia, his staff, Nate and Brittany. They listen, research AND make collaborative decisions for your health. I’ve experienced staff from lab, imaging, u/s and infusion. Always want your comfort and they make certain you understand what they are doing. Follow up is great too! Orders go in and schedulers call AND message immediately! Preauth team ROCKS! Pharmacy and financial assistance team ROCKS! I’ve been going since 2021. I’m so very, very thankful. They are always in my daily prayers. ~ Francie"

"During this past January & February of 2022 I went through the SCCA Proton Radiation Treatment for prostate cancer. I had learned that this was a successful and quality treatment for prostate cancer and decided to spend 6 weeks in Seattle to do this. This is an amazing treatment for several kinds of cancer with very good results. For me, the best part of this experience was the people at the Proton Center. The atmosphere at this facility was different than any medical center I have ever been to. Every day it was a pleasure too walk in the front door and be greeted by Jessica, Ian, Colton or Annie. They always greeted with a smile and were the perfect people to provide the encouragement needed for the patients as they came in for their treatments. The radiation therapists that I met with for each treatment were amazing people. Nicole, Aja, Trang, Cliff & Katelyn were the primary therapists I saw each day. They were always kind, compassionate and professional. Their experience was evident and I had much confidence in them. They were the best! Likewise, the nursing staff was excellent. During the 6 weeks I met with Sami, Steve, Micah & Sita. What a special group of caring professionals. It is a privilege to have Dr. Jonathan Chen as my doctor. He is very knowledgeable about the proton treatment for prostate cancer and his manner and care is at the top of the chart! I am very grateful to have been able too have this special proton treatment and believe it has been the best option for me. Because of this great group of dedicated and caring people, I believe some extra days have been aded to my life. "I don't think I need to tell you how terrifying it is to get a cancer diagnosis. Then, to learn that part of your treatment will be getting radiation treatments. I really was shook to my core. The staff here that with me and explain the process. Gave me a folder with all the information about the treatment and the side effects and what to expect in the weeks to come. By my second visit they all need me by name. They were so friendly, empathetic and their professional and calm demeanor really put me at ease. You can tell these people are professionals and you can tell they really care. What a awesome facility staffed by super people. If you need treatment go here."

The facility itself is beautiful and comfortable. All the doctors, radiation therapists, nurses and front desk staff are incredible at what they do and make sure your care is personalized.
