"Store design fail. Came to Costco to see about a good deal on large appliances. They managed to put out their products without prices. Maybe the prices are buried somewhere in the tiny print on their displays. The world may never know. If ya thought I didn't care about prices, I wouldn't be coming to look for a good deal at Costco. *head to forehead* Major fail. Do better! Otherwise, this is a decent Costco."

"The store was well-stocked, organized, and clean which made my shopping experience very easy. However, when I arrived to the store there was no staff at the entrance to check our membership card and we had to wait a minute for them to come back. Staff throughout the store also avoided eye contact with all customers. I did enjoy my checkout experience, the cashier and their helper were quick and friendly. Overall, it was a good experience but their CSR have some room for improvement."

"The quality of customer service has gone down so much at this location. I shop here every other week and usually only have a couple items, one of which is dog food. Because I only have a couple things I use the self checkout. It used to be someone would come and scan the dog food for me but this is the third time in a row the checker ignored me. I had two this time look right at my bag of dog food and walk away. When I spoke to member services about it, she just brushed me off and said, "well I don't know how it's supposed to work over there." If you can go to any other Costco, go there. This one is so bad now."

"The Costco Warehouse in Enchanted Parkway is one of the best companies to go to for your grocery and household needs. They have pretty much everything except the one thing I need. I was looking for the Food Container with Silicone protection on the bottom. They didn't have it. However, I got tons of other stuff. I love the variety of products Costco has, and for this location, I feel like it has a lot of ready-to-eat cooked food, such as rotisserie chicken, BBQ ribs, pizza, hot dogs, and more. Lots of people go to Costco late in the afternoon. I suggest that you go early and get it done before the “fools rush in.” Per Elvis"
