"Buyers & Buyer Agents beware when dealing with Jane Douglass and her supporting staff at BHHS Fox & Roach Blue Bell. My husband and I purchased a home in Sept. 2021 that Jane was the listing agent for, and we learned after the sale that she underfunded a repair escrow for a sidewalk repair that was mandated by our township. Not only that, but she and her staff withheld the information from us and our agent that the entire sidewalk failed an inspection and needed to be replaced in full per township order. The deception and negligence came to light with the help of township officials, but we are still out an additional $4k to complete the repair. Neither Jane, nor her staff or office manager will acknowledge the error let alone offer to correct their mistake. Additionally the office manager refused to let us bring the complaint directly to the principle brokers. BUYERS BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH Jane Douglass and BHHS Fox & Roach Blue Bell, particularly any repair escrow. Do not believe what they state in an affidavit and ask you to sign -- they are not to be trusted."
