"I love this place so much, glad to see them working on fixing it up. I believe they are making apts in there. Unfortunately it's probably gona be student housing. I would love to live in this place, as I have been very obsessed with it. This is a beautiful building but the front end is caving in. I'd pay to see how they lift the building back up and fix it. There's 2 basements and each floor of the building is a little different. Alot of variety in this place. And there's even some nice graffiti."
