Reviews of Barclay Square
"Amazing park to walk around in a safe area. A lot of places surrounding the square. There is also a lot to see with a lot of shaded areas. This is a great place to sit with a view, read a good book, or just walk around. Anyone who is visiting the area and wants to stretch their legs, this is a site to visit."
"This summer the Lord blessed our town with the famous singer 'Lee Greenwood'! His music was beautiful and the surroundings of Barclay Square Park were beautiful as well. Bring a comfy outdoor chair for the musical programs and enjoy the Park and it's musicians all summer, every Thursday until late fall there is a musical group to enjoy!"
"Very beautiful park. Was there for a great festival. Visited groundhog Phil's burrow. Lots of food vendors. Music groups in the park were great entertainment."
"Just finished the 2nd Annual Blues, Brews n BBQ in the park and what a great time. Fantastic Blues artists, great brews of all kinds and good good food !! Not to mention all the beautiful people that attend this event...A Def to do list !!!"
"Perfect place for a festival! Punxsutawney knows how to throw a community party! Every year during the first week of July, these folks go all out and have one of the best community festivals in North-Central Pennsylvania. I spent the whole week there this year and loved every minute of it. If you're interested in a quiet place to relax and enjoy your lunch, I also recommend this spot during non- festival days."
