"My son went here for months and made no progress in opening up whatsoever. That’s not why i’m leaving the bad review though. Alex seemed like a nice caring therapist so i gave her the benefit of the doubt and was willing to give her whatever time and patience she needed to get through to him. THE REASON FOR THE BAD REVIEW: On MULTIPLE occasions Alex was flaky, would show up late to appointments or not at all or she would want to reschedule last minute not taking into account how much my son’s grades were suffering because of all the absences. The last straw was the SECOND time she just decided not to show even after we drove a half hour to get there, paid for parking and sat in the waiting area for 15 minutes. Even then I was understanding and didn’t complain about lost parking fees. What REALLY bothered me was the next week we weren’t able to make it and Alex had the nerve to send a threat letter that my son would be fired as a client if it happened again. I mean, WOW! REALLY ALEX???? After all those times we were understanding of your constant flakiness? I couldn’t believe the nerve and hypocrisy."

"My mother has been receiving support from the PACT team for about a year now. It has been awesome! She has a wonderful team of people who truly care for her. I hope this program can continue to help people who live with schizophrenia. It helps our family tremendously. Thank you for all that you do."

"I thought there was no way the reviews were true and I gave the random 5 stars the benefit of the doubt. Boy was I WRONG. Long story short: They do not care about your appts, they will make you wait, they will waste your time, they do not update you unless you go to the counter and ask for one. Their website is never updated. Called in advance to ask about intake, they state Mon-Fri 9-5. I show up on a Friday because partner and I share a car, security tells me it’s Mon-Thursday. I come on a Tuesday and was talking about it and they state the hours changed again Mon-Wed only. Fast forward, complete intake and they set me up for today at 9am for a psych evaluation for medication and at 10am for a counselor appt. Got there are 8:45am because they asked me to. Speak to the blonde guy at the front and hand him my appt card. He can’t find my appt at 9am. Tells me to have a seat while he figures it out. 8:45-9 I’m just sitting there so I get up and ask what’s going on and another lady tells me the appt was double booked. Excuse me?? Another lady pops in and says they can do an eval online tomorrow so I’m just like okayyyy so you want me to sit here for an hour for the next appt because you guys messed up? She tells me again about the online as to which I state again, I have an appt at 10 as well. They tell me to give them a bit and see if Dr will see me sooner. 9… 9:05… 9:10… 9:30. At this point I’m thinking These people are just making me sit here till my 10am appt without telling me anything. So I go back up and ask if there’s an update, “yeah the doctor already took in another patient” ok and you were going to tell me when, when my appt started at 10am? At the end of that I just told them, it’s fine just cancel everything, I’ll find somewhere else to seek help from."
