"A staple every time I visit Seattle! The food is consistently good, views for days, and the staff is really nice. Every visit I tend to lean towards a crab dish and an absolute must, The Unveiling. It's a tequila drink for two that is just as enchanting as an actual elixir. I highly recommend checking out this upscale seafood eatery if you can!"

"Unfortunately I can’t say it was a pleasant experience. We came in celebrating a birthday and our server informed us that there would be a long wait because the kitchen was backed up. When the food did come out the salmon was raw, and the scallops were under cooked. The crab-stuffed shrimp was okay but it felt room temperature, like it was sitting for a while. It took around 20 mins to get our waiters attention after the food came out and we realized it was undercooked. What they then did was take the same exact plate and reheat it to be cooked. The problem was then the shrimp were over cooked. Normally most restaurants just remake the entire plate, not just recook the old meat. I thought at a minimum they would comp the grilled seafood trio but they didn’t. Sadly I can’t recommend this place to visitors because the service just isn’t up to par for a place that is charging these type of prices."

"Cutters came recommended by multiple people at our hotel and it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Our waiter was excellent. The fool was delicious!! We sat next to a window overlooking the water so it made for a better dining experience. I would come back to Cutters next time I am in Seattle. A++"

"White linens, fresh seafood. Perfect. I wa skeptical ordering the black cod: few restaurants are worthy of serving this fish. I was wonderfully surprised at how good it was. And a beautiful presentation. We also indulged in raw oysters and a great WA merlot. A perfect gathering of friends and family."
