"My daughter made more progress with her assigned psychiatrist in the few months she saw her than the therapist she had been working with through them for a year or so. The therapist left her not wanting to talk to a therapist at all. She wanted to continue seeing the psychiatrist because her prescribed medications have been helping her. Then today I found out she was "discharged" because she can't continue seeing the psychiatrist through them without seeing the therapist. The psychiatrist NEVER communicated with me. A 14-year-old girl is not equipped to schedule & make appointments! The ridiculous rules and possibly our ridiculous state laws made it difficult and just ridiculous to get anything done! Communication between therapists, psychiatrists, and parents assures the minor gets the best care possible!!! Now I have to hurry and find a new psychiatrist before her medications run out, that really says "we care" about our patients. Do not recommend Consejo at all!!!"

"Wouldn't recommend to anyone. They don't do text reminders. They claim they have resources but it's all talk. I went there since July till September, me & my tanif person asked them several occasions each to help me get paratransit as I was having difficulties They say they will, but no results. Also not sure why more then just the lady who did my intake, and the councilor I was assigned to get to read my file, just doesn't seem right regardless of weather or not They legally are free to. The councilor talked half the session, nearly every session and was constantly leading the conversation."

"horribly inept organization. Zoom appts arent that convenient when your "office" has internet problems. plus the individual therapists are beyond unreliable, cancelling appts ALL THE TIME due to illness (i havent been sick in years, this last one has been "ill and out of the office" 2x in last 4 weeks,plus so many "personal emergencies"if you have that many problems/illness, take a dang leave of absense-cancelling on my daughter. My poor kid has had 4 flaky people assigned to her, the individual qualifications i cannot speak of or against. but what good is a brain surgeon with impeccable credentials if he is "out" all the time? one of her therapists would "think" they sent out a zoom invite , for a 4pm appt, then when you try to contact in that hour, hear nothing back until 4:59, saying they didnt know their phone was off...im sick and tired of apologizing to my child for the ineptness and lack of care by those adults in her life. and her school recommended this organization."

"Started when I called for my daughter (10) and son (16). Funny, for my son, I was told I needed HIS permission for me to seek treatment for him. That's not what I read regarding minors starting at age 13. So they asked to call him Instead (?????) My daughter. Was set for a tele appointment intake with an in house psychiatrist or their psychologist. The day of appointment came.. no call. I CALLED and left a message regarding no call from them(????) 2... TWO days later, they then leave a voicemail saying they got the wrong phone number for me. (????) Lord.. I'm sorry but this is a no go."
