If the locals love it, you know it has to be good. They even have a local cat that comes to visit and why not with food and friendly service. Kindness to animals gives them a 6th star in my book. "Management NO LONGER keeps 30% of gratuity. Service was great, beer and cocktail selection were esoteric and eclectic. The variety of different meat cuts were second-to-none and cooked to near perfection. Came here again 6 months later and the food was still impeccable, management changed their gratuity policy and the drinks were still good and prices still affordable."

"This is one of our favorite places. Their menu is small, but everything is high quality. A good variety of beer, cocktails and wine, and great food. They have mostly meat dishes, so if you are vegan or vegetarian the options are a bit limited. Our favorite is the foraged mushrooms, very tasty, the beef croquettes are great, too. But when you get there, the selection might be different, it seems they change menu items from time to time. Always check the blackboard, you can see which steaks and other dishes are available that are not on the menu. Did I mention they have a Happy Hour, too. Check them out, I should point out parking can get a bit challenging since their parking spots are limited, so you might have to park a block away or so."
