"Stephany, Barry and the rest of the Rainier team did a fantastic job helping me recover from a major shoulder surgery. Normally an 8-12 month recovery time. I religiously followed all of Steph’s exercises in her office as well as at home and was finished with therapy in 5 months. Also, I had so much fun working out with the Rainier Family Team. I promise you will look forward to tharepy. They are also open until 6:30, so I didn’t miss any work which was perfect for me. I added many of their exercises into my daily workout schedule and am happy to say I’m back to 100% with no pain. Steph and Barry, if you read this, you guys are AWESOME! I’ll see you for my other shoulder next year."

I stayed with them for 3 different physical therapy reasons for over a year, Kim and Susan were phenomenal, addressed every concern I had and could even cure my headaches with a few pressure point touches that I still can’t replicate myself! They are sweet, and genuinely good people. Don’t think I will find another PT like them!"

"I have been going here for a couple of months now for chronic back and knee pain. I need to go often so I go 2x a week. The staff are wonderful and all are very skilled at what they do. I have seen a huge difference in my balance, vertigo, back and knee pain. I highly recommend them and personally I would never go elsewhere."

"Had a couple of sessions for PT of the pelvic floor. Didn’t feel that it was beneficial, if not useless. The sessions felt like a visit to a hairdresser were a person was talking non-stop and oversharing of personal life rather than focusing on the physical therapy. On top of that when I was stuck in traffic and didn’t make it on time I was charged $50 penalty. Never showed up there again, also asked my provider to change a referral to a different PT center."
