Reviews
"I love coming seeing these old Iron Furnace"
"Beautiful piece of history. The grounds are immaculate and very peaceful. There are picnic tables too!"
"Little piece of history. Nicely kept and cared for. Very interesting to read about a way of life a hundred years ago."
"This is the best iron furnace in the area. It's been beautifully restored to how it looked during operation. There is also a model available with further detail. There is a historical society building there as well, but only opened the first Saturday of each month. When approaching on Park Rd, the furnace appears to be in someone's yard, but the gravel road will take you over to the furnace."
"Interesting place. Good if you wan to understand the scale of furnaces. There an office in front which probably should be open in summer. Was not able to see in detail. I hope to visit this place again in few months."
