"I would give Valerie no stars. I booked a 90 minute appointment weeks ago. She sent me a text confirmation of the date and time. When i arrived she had double booked someone else and instead of honouring my appointment she cancelled it. I had planned my day off around this appointment and wasted gas driving 40 minutes. Very angry and disappointed. She was not professional and lost a customer. If you book an appointment with her you should be aware even with a text confirmation she may get confused. Its not hard to put an appointment on your calendar."
