"I got a text stating my prescription was ready last Thursday, Sept 28th. I couldn't make it in until Wed Oct 4th to pick it up...less than a week after I got the text. They lady, who was nice enough, went to look for it. When she comes back this tall, dopey looking guy in a white pharmacists shirt and chin diaper, comes over to us and starts ranting about how they need to stop all vaccination orders immediately. He was so rude an unprofessional. They lady helping said something and went to the back. I didn't hear what she said because of this clowns ranting. He just started looking at me and asking rudely "Is there anything else you need?" I said I didn't hear what she told me and he just said we canceled your prescription because you didn't pick it up in time. You get less than a week to pick up your prescription now? This guy was so rude. If he hates his job so much he such go find a place where he doesn't have to deal with the public. My wife has had issues with this clowns customer service as well. The whole pharmacy is unorganized and pretty much a dumpster fire. Not the first issue with them. Switched my stuff to a different pharmacy. Should have done that a while ago."

"To keep it simple: the staff at this pharmacy are rude and lazy, which may be interpreted as incompetent, but more likely the former. When trying to request transfer of medications from one safe way to this one, the staff member said she didn't feel like doing it as it was tedious. She said she will eventually get to it. Came back 5 days later and the new staff member saw no new medication transferred, but instead of trying to help or inquire about the situation, she seemed more interested in talking over me and walking away. I had to stop her from rambling over me so that she could actually listen to what I'm asking her. Then she walked away without addressing any of the questions I asked. For requesting a new prescription that was good she said there was none that she could see. Then after acquiring further she says there was one. Their attitude and behavior and the interaction with staff really makes it hard to trust and interact with them regarding important issue such as medications, which is very concerning given a lack of professionalism and responsibility exhibited. I really hope they make efforts to improve, but I will not hold my breath."

"This review is regarding my experience getting my first COVID vaccine at the meridian Safeway pharmacy. I received awful service and there was nothing professional or organized about the waiting process. I waited outside of the office for almost an hour and watched the elderly lady with short white hair take in patients that were there for an hour after my scheduled appointment. I made it known that I was there for my COVID vaccine and patiently waited until I realized what the distributer was doing. People had just arrived and she called them every single time, each with an attitude. She claimed “a lot of people scheduled an appointment at the same time” but to schedule your appointment you are given available time slots. There was no way 10 of us scheduled our appointment at the EXACT same time! Me being the only African American patient there was a clear enough indicator as to why I was never called and looked past each and every time she came out and called the next patient. I had even brought my form ready and signed and showed up early for my appointment. That didn’t matter. Other patients arrived without paperwork and schedule an hour after my schedule appointment and they were still taken in before I was. Please do not waste your time with an unprofessional and unorganized pharmacy! In a time like this where people are vulnerable and look to health professionals for reassurance and professionalism, this can not be accepted, and the discrimination factors have no place in any environment , let alone a professional work environment."

"There’s a young man who works there who can never be bothered to help with anything. I’ve called to find out if prescriptions are ready and he hangs up on me and my husband and says, “we’re slammed, call later.” They received the prescription over 5 hours ago but he won’t even look it up to see if it’s ready. He doesn’t know names of medications. We’ve filled 4 times and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but at this point we’re done filling here."
