"I just had a great experience with Scott at the pharmacy. It was less than ten minutes to closing and I walked up and inquired if he had a medication in stock, and if so if he could transfer the prescription from QFC location to his location. He joyfully confirmed my information, then confirmed that he had the prescription, went about asking the QFC to allow him to transfer the prescription then he filled it. Also I had a poor experience with a competitor with a refill, while we were checking out he answered my questions about their prescription refill process, and how many days after requesting the prescription from the doctor they would follow up, which was 2 to 3 days. (The competitor had not followed up on a refill request for approximately 10 days.) All in all, this was a wonderful and patient centered experience. I deeply appreciate Scott's service."

"Friendly and professional staff! I called here to transfer my prescriptions and they contacted my old pharmacy, then they had them ready for pickup in 45 minutes! They were quick to input my insurance information and sign me up for auto renewals etc. Also, the lines are not long here compared to other pharmacies. Maybe because they are fast at what they do? ;)"

"My experiences here have been neutral save the one discribed below. I'm updating my rating from 2 to 3 stars. I was disappointed in my last interaction here. I was told that my prescription would be filled on 15 to 20 minutes. I came back after 15 minutes and they had not begun to fill it. I had to wait another 10-15 minutes from that point. My other experiences here have been more neutral."
