"3 months ago, I finished up my 8-month journey at Oak Harbor Physical Therapy. At 26 I had lower back pain so severe that it took away my ability to exercise, and eventually crept into my daily routine, making even simple things like household chores and laying in bed painful. After many doctors' appointments, I landed here. I was primarily with Britney, but the entire team helped in my recovery. They were all extremely kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic to my needs. The environment is great as well as the equipment. Thanks to their consistent care and support I am back to feeling great, and can enjoy the simple things like hiking or standing without hurting. Since overcoming my pain and returning to normal, I've lost over 15lbs. Every visit left me feeling better and more hopeful than the last one, and I would recommend Oak Harbor Physical Therapy to anyone. It isn't a magical fix though. Pain management is something that still needs to be worked on afterwards, so your commitment is the key to recovery!"

"I had shoulder surgery that was a complete separation of my rotator cuff being rebuilt. After my surgery, I was in a sling for 6 weeks per physician orders, so my starting point with PT was at a stage where I couldn't lift my arm overhead. The team at OHPT did an incredible job of evaluating and building a plan, always evolving, to build the strength and flexibility in my shoulder. Each and every appointment I felt they were completely dedicated to getting my shoulder to the point where I no longer needed PT. I think this says a lot about the character of the entire staff. Each time I finished a session, I felt every minute was managed to best assist my progress. The bottom line is that every staff member I came in contact with had so much integrity.
