"I have never been to a worse run pharmacy. It consistently takes multiple days to get anything filled and even then it’s usually not done when they say. Also never picks up the phone so you have to go wait in a 10 person line every time"

"I had my prescriptions transferred here after Rite Aid shut down, and they completely dropped the ball on the transition. Prescriptions that had auto-refills say up at the old pharmacy were no longer set to auto-refill when transferred (which I was not told of until I actually went to check after my prescriptions week a late to refill). Then, any refills associated with the prescriptions were dropped, and the Walgreens failed to properly coordinate with the hospital, only filling one prescription, not telling me there was an issue with the other two, which required me to work with the hospital to have them resend it. I'm all, it took four visits and two weeks to get my prescriptions initially refilled. And this Walgreens (and considering that a lot of this was Walgreens internal systems), is likely not unique to this particular store. They failed at every step in the process possible, aside from actually getting the prescription wrong."

"This place is literally the worst. They will tell you that they will fill your prescription by a certain time and then when you come at the time they say it will be ready they will say “oh okay, we will fill it now, come back in 30 minutes,” then when you come back in 30 minutes they will say “oh we haven’t started working on it yet but come back in 30” and see how many times they can do that before you lose your mind. Run away from this place."
