He took care of every aspect, including getting me the TV at the best price. He helped me get the audio system going with hidden wires. Could not be happier with the work he did. "I needed my 85" TV mounted in our basement, along with a couple of port holes to pass wires through to a closet on the opposite side of the wall where the TV was to be mounted. Wayne was a great communicator and super flexible with scheduling the work. He was extremely professional throughout the whole process. He mounted the TV exactly as I wanted it to be and added the port holes through the wall in excellent locations that are easy for me to access, but also easily hidden behind the TV and my speakers. When he was done, it was like my TV had always been there. No signs that someone had just done a bunch of work.
