"Reached out to the foundation owner about taking a tour after making a $10 donation. He essentially asked me what I could do for him. He then said he had no record of my donation, so I sent him the receipt. Cool house, but I no longer want a tour, which makes me sad. I guess you need to donate more than $10 if you want them to be nice to you :("
