Walmart Pharmacy

"The whole Walmart besides the pharmacy, Especially, automotive department is the WORSE than ANY OTHER Walmart I have EVER been in!!!! 25 MINUTES went by before I FINALLY JUST LEFT! I needed to buy a car battery because my car was dead in the parking lot! I ended up getting a jump but decided to just go to O'Reilly Auto Parts store. SCREW UP SPANAWAY Walmart!!!"

"Susan have bad attitude and don't know how to treat people. She is just a pharmacist but she's thinking she is a big doctor and run her own hospital. I was been there for my prescription. The lady on the front desk doesn't know how to run insurance in there system and she ask for help Susan and 3 another lady was there but they are telling her do this an that from far away. When it's been 40min then I just laughed and said to my wife I don't think we gonna get my shot today. Then Susan jump to counter and scream u want ur prescription or not. I asked her to low down ur voice and what happened what I did wrong . She said saw u laughing then I said what I need permission from u for laughed. My wife is witness. She deny my service for no reason. I have to mad at them coz they taking so long but she get mad at on my laugh. All she talk to me with yelling. I told her to low down her voice for 15 times but she didn't. And send my prescription to another pharmacy without telling me. She said do what u can do I don't care."

"pharmacy tech Susan she's very rude she didn't know how to talk with patient & she denied my service and transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy without asking me & she said she denied anyone who ever she wants & I'm waiting there 45 minutes to pick my medicine. She thinks she own the pharmacy & I told her I gonna complaint her and she said do what you wanna do."

"Went to pick up some extra strength IBPROFEN for my 7year old who had just broken her arm. They were nice enough but took double the time they had told me when I came in which was frustrating. Also since I hadn't been to that location before they said the weren't able to fill it when my doctor sent it in even though i was already in the system."
