Bring your own stuff and remember to snap a pic of the artist you are painting over and post it somewhere.(yes there is an etiquette involved) One $25 gallon of the KILZ 3 Heavy Cover should last you a good while. One coat did the job nicely, dried in about 30 minutes and was ready to paint. A matte black background works well also. Unfortunately there's not any shade so plan ahead on that. There's a few picnic tables and a trash can. Got a burger joint across the street if you get hungry or thirsty."
