"For a homebuilder that is not charging 1,000,000+ for their homes, Pulte has been very responsive to any issues that we have let them know about. Sure there have been some things wrong with our new home in the 1st year of ownership. Paint imperfections, nail pops, drywall cracks due from movement, creaking floors (also due from movement)... Every item that we have let them know about has been remediated in a very timely manner. These are not custom homes! They are beautiful, affordably priced homes that come with an industry leading warranty. We have been extremely pleased and feel lucky to live in such a beautiful home."

"Poor quality homes. They do t want to fix the mistakes correctly. Working on a year with little to no resolution. Run .. don’t even stop here. There so many other neighborhoods to build in. I have contact you guys before and I’m still in the same place I was then. My yard has been replaced but no fixes on the inside Still dealing with the doors and floors after a month of posting... 11 months total"
