"It’s nice that they have 116 years of experience filling prescriptions - wish it didn’t take them forever to actually fill them. Never ready when you try to pickup - even DAYS after they were supposed to be ready. Was there three times today for prescriptions that were supposed to be done yesterday… too bad there are now no other conveniently located pharmacies."

"Dealing with them takes patience and perseverance. Doc called in a prescription a week ago, I called on day 5 to ask why it was still showing "in progress," the person on the other end of the phone did not want to answer questions about it and all I could get was that it would be "ready tomorrow." I called again the next day and learned it had been out of stock and no one had re-ordered more, so it would not be ready for two more whole days. People make mistakes and I think they are understaffed, but she was unapologetic about this. And I understand boundaries but the way they handle lunch break is not compassionate. People need their meds! We need better pharmacy systems."

"Rude and abusive. They don't care about your health... Just your money! They tried to corner the market and lost their souls. Bartell's and Rite Aid are missed. If I wanted to be treated this badly I would go back to my ex-husband or to Aveda. This place is trash. I actually heard the pharmacy tell someone that at closing they just pull the door down and close. It doesn't matter if you have waited 40+ minutes or are 17th in line. Follow up: We are transferring our prescriptions out and were told by another pharmacy that they don't answer their phones. Great way to keep the masses captive. Call your doctor and go ANYWHERE else."

"They don't answer the phone. Don't bother. Their line always takes 30+ minutes to get through to get your prescription. Rude staff. Came here 30 minutes to close. They didn't close the line and after many had waited for 20-30 minutes, they just closed with 10+ people still in line. Should have cut off the line in advance if you won't have time to get to everyone. They cut off the line 5 minutes to close, but didn't get through those who came before. Infuriating."
