"I would consider all options before purchasing in the Hampton Woods Community. Not saying that its a great place to live, but also not the worse. The community is very small. For the purchase price of the lots and homes, you would think HOA is probably decently priced. Think again. For $850 a year, you get access to a dog park, a play ground (that could fit in your living room), and grass cutting/lawn care that is SUPPOSED to happen once a week. For that HOA price in almost any other community, you have access to pools, work out centers, walking trails, recreational areas with grills, etc. In the community, and ill speak for some of us, there has been a rise of concern regarding the safety of the neighborhood. Some home and vehicular break-ins have taken place so far that I have been here. Some of us have tried relaying our concerns to both the builder and HOA but so far nothing. With low lighting, no security cameras, etc. its difficult to swallow that. Some of us in the community are even for the idea of making the community a gated one. With that, comes challenges in itself but nothing an operating budget of what we have, cant take care of. A big portion of the neighborhood is not so happy with Hampton Woods and the HOA. Again, consider all options before purchasing here."

"I purchased this house February 2022 the house is now 2 years old and is already falling apart I am almost 100% positive there's a foundation problem because the baseboards are separated from the wall and coming up from the floor cracks in the wall awful paint job overall not very happy at all"

Always in communication with us and keeping us up to date! Being first time home buyers made the process very tedious and long but Matt and Shelby put all hands on deck for us! They made things move along and smoothed over any bumps for us! Can’t say enough good things about the staff! Second phase construction seems to be starting very soon and I 100% recommend Matt Gabel!"
