"These villas are perfectly sized for people who don't want the more common 1500 sq ft home in a 55+ community. The Villages in FL has similar villas/bungalows and they sell out quickly. The HOA doesn't include an amenities center or lifestyle director, but not everyone wants that; some people want a 55+ community and can entertain themselves. This is a quality builder and it's nice to have this option available in SC. The model home is really nice!"
