"I had great experience with Franciscan PT. I had an achillis rupture with reconstruction and went there because that's the only place on my insurance network. I really like the two Jennifers that work there. Jennifer M. has such an uplifting personality and she is caring and professional. They were honest and realistic about my progress. "I had absolutely loved this place. Did two separate rounds of therapy here for my back and it went great both times. Unfortunately with time my back injury has progressed. Came back for a third round of therapy, but this time with no progress, which seemed to irritate my therapist more than it did me. I came in for what would be number 1 of my last 5 appointments, my therapist took me aside into a back room and asked me, if you aren't progressing, what hell are you even doing here!?!?! Every question and statement after that was incredibly rude and hurtful. I couldn't even fathom coming back after that. I never finished my appointments. Thanks a heap Apfelbaum."
