Reviews
"Poor service, the line & wait time is long, bad medication in-stock & it seems a intern is running the pharmacy. Kroger seems to have significant issues with their supply chain. Costco is much better."
"The staff who work here are excellent-- kind and helpful. However, this pharmacy is completely understaffed so things can run late. Not really their fault, FM needs to hire more people!"
"On Sunday, my wife tried to call in a refill and whoever answered literally yelled at her "WE AREN'T TAKING ANY CALLS!" and hung up before she had the chance to say a single word. She struggled through that night without medication. The next morning she tried again and was met with an awful attitude and told she had to wait until 3 o'clock the following day. She hasn't been able to rest and has been vomiting for days now because for some reason this pharmacy is not capable of filling prescriptions. Hopefully we actually get her meds today. Me and my wife have both been using this pharmacy for years because we can walk there in 5 minutes, but we've finally had enough. It's not uncommon to have to wait extra long for prescriptions or to have to tolerate a moody employee there, but this was the last straw. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else but here."
"I have gone here for years. Generally, they have been good. I have found recently that service is not as timely and that there have been long lines. I understand that they lost a pharmacist not too long ago. That, coupled with having to provide vaccines, may be the major factors. I actually misplaced a prescription I'd filled last month. They let me know that my medical insurance had a lost prescription benefit, and I got a new prescription without having to pay out of pocket. If you have been following the news lately, pharmacies and medical facilities have been having a rough time. I'm really glad I'm not trying to fill a prescription in Gaza. Things are hard all over. Mutual expressions of kindness can be helpful."
"Warning! Don't go here, nothing but really bad experiences over and over. The 1st time they told me the doctor had prescribed the wrong medicine. The 2nd time I asked who was the manufacturer of the generic and was told "you get what they send us" 3rd time, I stopped in to pick up my prescription. The pharmacist looked it up and told me tomorrow and they would text me when it was ready. 2 days later, no text or phone answer. I decided to download the Fred Meyer App. It showed pending and rx would be filled the following day, 5:30pm. Friday at 6pm, I finally got through on the phone. They tell me sorry, we can't fill it, your Dr. didn't respond to the letter we sent. My response was: What letter? This could have been resolved 4 days ago when we spoke in person or by a notice in the App. My Dr is closed on weekends and I am left without needed medication. Never again, 3 strikes and you're out."
