"Prescription was called in 9 hours before I went to pick it up and it hadn’t been started yet. Was told I’d have to wait another 20 minutes. Staff was not friendly."
"All pharmacies currently have inventory issues. I moved here from Bartell which has been horrible since Rite Aid acquired them. I have found the pharmacists and staff here to be friendly and helpful. And the best part- no 30 minute lines."
"My doctor sent in a prescription to a nearby pharmacy; however, that pharmacy did not have enough supply and would have to order it, which would take a couple of days. That pharmacy advised me to call around to bigger pharmacies, such as this QFC, to check if they have enough supply and they could transfer the prescription. I called this pharmacy to ask if they had a 30-day supply of xxx medication. I spoke with an older lady pharmacist on the phone who asked me to spell the name of the medication. I did not know the exact spelling of the medication and was driving at the time, so I could not easily look up the spelling. I told the pharmacist that I assume that the medication is spelled the way it sounds. I was one letter off, and the pharmacist said that the medication does not exist. I asked the pharmacist if she could Google the spelling or look in her system for it as it is a common medication. This pharmacist told me that she will not do that and that it is my job to know the spelling of the medication. I called back a few minutes later with the spelling of the medication, and the pharmacist confirmed that she had enough supply to fill my prescription. I had my prescription transferred to this location, and a couple of hours later, I came to pick up my prescription. I met the older lady pharmacist in person who is just as rude in person as she is on the phone. She is very unhelpful and unfriendly. I could see this being a barrier to people receiving their prescribed medication if they don't know how to spell the names of their medication. I've never been asked at any other pharmacy to spell the name of a medication before it can be filled. It is an unfortunate situation that I hope others do not have to experience. She may be the oldest pharmacist in there, but is definitely the most unkind and unhelpful medical professional I have ever met."
"Pharmacy has inventory issues, nearly every prescription I’ve filled has to be ordered. Doctor sent in two prescriptions, I waited 9 days to pick up because it got a notification one had to be ordered. When I got there only one of the two was ready because the second one apparently had to be ordered as well, and even though I’d already given them 9 days, I still had to come back 2 days later to pick up the second one. Peyton delivers multiple orders per week to the pharmacy so there was at least two orders at minimum the store received before I got there, yet they still didn’t have it. If the product was short stocked from Peyton it could have been ordered through Cardinal and received overnight, yet this wasn’t done either. Called in a refill of my monthly medication the same week, same deal, notified it had to be ordered. The EZFill PRN system the company uses allows you set inventory levels based on stock and prescriptions filled, outside the automatic levels determined by the computer. The number of Fill On Arrivals I’ve gotten here tells me the PIC is unable to calculate what’s needed and adjust the inventory appropriately. Would not recommend this location."
"We got some fresh corn from an organic truck on the side of the road outside of town. We decided to make a crab and corn bisque with ingredients from QFC. The ingredients were inexpensive yet fresh and delicious and made a fantastic batch of soup."
