"Not exactly sure who has endorsed this indignant pharmacy.. I've been an avid customer of a CVS pharmacy for over 8 years. My insurance changed and CVS was no longer contracted, nor an option. So, I searched reviews for all pharmacies and saw this QFC happened to be four stars ****. My FIRST time ever coming to the pharmacy and picking up my meds, I am yelled at--yes, 'yelled at' to 'read the sign and step out of the pharmacy for patient privacy.' Seriously? There was 'no' patient privacy, because anyone waiting to be helped could hear everything that was being discussed. To add insult to injury, I did not even "see" the sign until I was waved away like a waitress and yelled at, with at least 4 other customers in line watching this dastardly encounter. Needless to say, there is/was no point in demanding to speak to a manager, because it was evident this was acceptable behavior in the treatment of their customers. The tall, skinny blonde, be it the pharmacist or the PA who gave me my prescriptions, and thanked me like nothing had happened just moments before, offered no apology, nor explanation. BUT, rest assured, as fast as I transferred my prescriptions last week, it will be even quicker to yank them all out to pharmacy "professionals" today. You only get one chance to make a good first impression and QFC, you seriously blew this one!"

"Had a bit of a negative experience a couple weeks ago. When I got a hold of the manager Ben, we had a great conversation about my issues. I wasn't and didn't ask for anything other than an ear to speak into. He surpassed my expectations 10 fold. I am once again a happy customer and will continue to shop at this store. Sometimes as patrons we are let down. The way we are treated as patrons from the ones that serve us makes all the difference in the world. Money doesn't make the difference. Being treated like a human, does. Thanks For Ben. Awesome manager. Awesome!!! QFC!!! And thanks for cleaning my crab Corbin!"

"Overall from majority of store in my recent experience here Marah - kind friendly to people Jim - same Kris? - same Rich - nice, also quiet but helpful Ben - good manager Tayrn - same As for complaints The old fes Girl would pull courtesys away to talk to them mid transaction which is absurd. Also I'm assuming it's her constantly paging people. The bathrooms need to be checked more often And cleaned Overall not to bad or good Would I shop? Eh if I could actually listen to music instead of paging yes"
