"Jamie is great. However all the others don't really do their job, in my opinion. Talk a lot, but they work slowly and aren't able to do everything on time and correctly."

"If there's any kind of line at the pharmacy you're going to wait a long time. They never open the second window. So only 1 person gets attention at a time. Definitely faster to go to Walgreens across the street, even if you're already shopping for groceries"

"Staff are very friendly in person but they have stopped accepting calls or voicemails in the last month or two and the refills from the automated phone system don’t always get filled. I can literally call 7-8 times in a day without getting through to anyone. I assume this is an understaffing issue. Safeway: please pay your pharmacy staff enough that they want to work here and incentivize them to answer phone calls."

"Revised review. Had to stop using this pharmacy because they never answer the phone and in person seem stressed and impatient. I suspect it's a management level problem with insufficient staffing. Too bad, because it used to be a good place to go. Original: I absolutely love this pharmacy! The staff is exceptional! Always very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and super helpful. The waiting room is also nice to have since I have mobility impairments."

"The WORST pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They never answer the phone or if they do they put you on hold, which eventually rolls over into a voicemail and they never call you back. They hung up on me, and then my insurance provider when I tried to get a refill. These people simply are lazy and do not care."
