"I did not find anyone to tell the history, but there is a plaque. This is a small village, you will find these buildings next to the Tavern and AJ Hardware store which is kind of behind the buildings. There is an interesting " not a statue " appears to be moving die/ dice, but is not. It's an illusion. I did not snap the photo of it at the time because driving by its more noticeable. Next time I take a walk I will."
