"Had to go to the ER. The doctor noticed my insurance was expired and specifically put in my prescriptions at this pharmacy for me to pick up the next day. However, they wouldn't give it to me. Let's hope I don't have to go back to the ER."
"I have been going to this pharmacy for years. Always had great service. But unfortunately lately, a lot of their workers including pharmacists, make mistakes & then chuckle about it while being condescending. Thanks Tina whom said she was the pharmacist. The guy pharmacist is much nicer. Your text system told me my med was restocked tomorrow and called early in the day to fill the other meds. Went to pick up, the med that was suppose to restock tomorrow, did not get added to my bag, didn’t know till I got home because they stopped saying what meds they were checking out."
"I recently moved back to this place so I started shopping here. It's dirty, the clerks are rude. And the manager is nowhere in sight. To make things worse, I stood in line at the pharmacy to buy some allergy meds and they're super impatient and rude. It wasn't so bad just a couple years ago. What the heck happened? Corporate needs to find them a new supervisor quick."
"I would say poor customer service but, in reality, it is NO customer service. I am a psych prescriber and tried calling them 3 days in a row (during business hours and on days the pharmacy is open) to talk with someone in the pharmacy about a patients medication. The patient was having difficulties getting their meds filled and unclear why. So I tried calling but I Can't get a hold of anyone to help. It goes to an answering machine. I have left several messages but no one calls me back. How am I supposed to help my patient?! Someone should be available to answer calls. I will be encouraging other patients not to use this pharmacy. I am appalled."
"Today, thanks to Angela, I had the worst pharmacy customer experience in my 59 years on the planet. The soonest I could get a refill for xyz was the 7th, so I called on the 6th to make sure it would be ready the next day. No problem I was, I'll leave a note and we'll have it ready tomorrow. Great. The next day I showed up and told Angela I was hoping to pick up xyz. No response at all. Nothing. So I asked again. "We don't have enough and it won't be available until Monday" she replied. That wasn't a viable option for me so I stood there waiting for her to see what could be done. She offered nothing other than eerie disinterest and a reprimand for not calling two days ahead instead of one. Also, while standing in front of computer terminal she suggested I go call around to other Safeway pharmacies to see if it I could track it down. She is strikingly ill suited for a role involving other human beings. She shouldn't even be around birds or insects. She is bloody awful!"
