"James is a fantastic massage therapist."
"James is amazing! He has helped me improve my range of motion in cycling. I see him before I ride Seattle to Portland (200 plus miles of cycling). Keeps my muscles balanced; even we I teach 6 classes a week. I send client to him and they have all came back with positive improvements in their full range motion. I enjoy his knowledge of the body; so I can become aware of how to correct my movement pattern to prevent injures. As a personal trainer he is just what my muscles need to recover, so I can keep moving."
"Worst experience ever!! Very unprofessional and rude; horrible energy, cocky and sort of creepy. I spoke to this amateur wannabe know-it all massage "worker" over the phone prior to seeing him (Ya, I'm very upset, can you tell?). I specifically told him over the phone what I was looking for over, and he agreed to work with me (I asked for deep tissue pressure points). Well, it was obvious that this man does not pay attention to the client because when I arrived and I started to reiterate my needs, he cut me off and first started to give me this long anatomy session, which would have taken away from my massage time if I would have gone through with it. I thought I was there for a massage, not an anatomy lesson. Good thing he ended up denying me because after all his talking, I probably would have only had about a half hour massage. He ultimately told me that he would not be wiling to change his style of massage and would only do what he was trained to do. If he would have listened to me over the phone, it would have saved us both time and frustration. I schedule time off work for this massage and he completely wasted my day and valuable time. This man was a horrible listener, abrupt and all about ego. I was appalled at how rude and unprofessional this man was, especially for someone who's job is to service people and make them feel comfortable; he did everything but. I've had body work all my life and it always surprises me when I occasionally run into some massage workers who are all about ego and they think they know what you need. Their job is to listen and make you feel better. Its my body and I'm paying for a service; I should get what I'm paying for. Leave your ego and cockiness at the door."
