"If I could leave negative stars I would. I have had issues with this pharmacy in the past picking up medications, but today really just blew me away. I scheduled a covid booster via their website and showed up today after taking time off work to get my vaccine. And then upon arrival I am told: "Oh we canceled that." Oh... With who?? No emails, no calls, no texts, nothing. NO ONE "canceled" ANYTHING with me. "Yeah we ran out." Okay, totally understandable. But there was not a single "Sorry for the inconvenience" or attempt to contact me before I drove over here for my vaccine appointment that someone supposedly canceled. Still on hold with customer service to find out who exactly they called to cancel my appointment. Because it definitely wasn't me. And as I finished writing this review, customer service finally answered the phone and halfway through my statement they hung up on me. :)"
