"It’s disgusting how you guys let Sumter Mall parking lot get and the fact many tenants left the mall including Champs the mall was booming in the 80s and 90s and some in the 2000s now when you go inside it feels dead as you walk in nearly any foods courts left you should be ashamed of yourselves I guest that’s what happen when a property management get in the wrong hands of a corrupt company."

"They do the best bang up job, of stripping the soul out of classic mall design aesthetics with every mall they purchase. Throwing up drywall to cover up vacant storefronts, and finding historic photos(where I'm doubtful Hull always secures proper permission, to find those photos that go up) to put up on those new drywalls, is NOT saving a mall. Also, you might not want to renovate your malls into the UGLIEST look ever."

"After being given millions of dollars in tax incentives, and reportedly $5 million dollars of tax payer money to help with the cost of relocating tenants of the mall they purchased, Hull displaced the business I manage. The forces us to move our business on an impossibly short timeline, and gave zero financial compensation for the inconvenience, instead withholding money that was owed to the business owner for improvements he made to the building we were in. They took absolutely terrible care of the mall property, refusing to approve necessary maintenance on the parking lot when there were potholes, causing damage to several vehicles. It is terribly unfortunate that our city decided to get into bed with a corporation from across the country instead of actually supporting a thriving local business. Hull and the city of Racine, WI are abominable for the way they treated us."

"Literally the worst company on earth. Terrible people who could care less about anything , anyone, or any business. Avoid this company at all costs. Our lease mandated a $22,500 improvement payback. They ignored us for years even though we did what was required. In the end they evicted us even though we never missed a rent payment. Scum of the earth."

"hull property group really needs to get there property management skills a lot better! they are letting this property rot and abusing its tenants!!! our mall Citrus Park, town center in Tampa, used to be a pleasant experience to have a store in this mall , but now with the property management lauren peters nothing is being done right and everything is going downhill as well as all tenants leaving! I can’t believe that we even have to go this far but with a company that does not respect tenants paying hundreds of thousands of dollars of rent is absurd!!!!"
