"I dislike physical therapy, yet these guys are so helping me out. I was amputated RBKA on 11/18/22 and had a lot of down time. Definitely needed to start strength training to walk properly again with a prosthetic. It's been 5 weeks and I have seen a huge improvement in my ambulation and core. Matt has been a great coach. "I have had my apt set since the beginning of Sept of this year. Today November 7 @ 7:50 I arrived. I was told my apt was no longer in the books due to not being able to come in on a last minute call in for Sept 23rd. So I accepted the responsibility of not being able to come in last minute & asked to reschedule. A lady with long blonde curly hair told me yes. As she continued to condemn me & customer was coming in. I asked her if we could please move past the mistake on both of our parts & please reschedule as I'd already drove 30 minutes into town. She then proceeded to tell me that now I needed a referral. Little does she know I'm quite disabled and in a lot of pain and need this physical therapy and now I have to go to another appointment to get another referral to a different physical therapist to actually wants to help people. I would not refer nor go here and now have to drive the distance to Hood River to find good care."
