Reviews
"After reading reviews I decided he wasn't a good fit. He returned my call and when I told him I was no longer looking, he hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. Would never trust this person with my personal wellbeing. First impressions say a lot."
"I visited Dr. Tom Dooley last year before going ahead with the Veterans PTSD Psychology program. I recently contacted him by phone requesting if I could get a brief letter stating that a saw him as record . He told me over the phone to come in for an appointment which I did. At the beginning of the appointment he was on his bluetooth phone and started the appointment late which he told me "No" during this appointment. I don't really care so much if he said "No" and understand his reasons, but I'm mad that he made me go out of my way to schedule for an appointment ,drive down, waste my gas ,waste my insurance money and give a co-pay for a 30 minute appointment for simple no, as well guilting me on seeking a psychology through veterans. He could of just done this over the phone. I believe he did this as method to make quick money off my insurance. There's doctors that care for their patients and others that don't care for their patients and just want the money."
"I only had a conversation with this man over the phone and he didn't even had the time too listing to what I had to say. How will I expect for him to help me out. I didn't even finish my question and he was already answering it. He basically hang up on me when I told him I was searching for a Saturday appointment and since he doesn't offer them he cut me off really fast. I didn't feel from him the desire to help. Not pleasant at all to deal with him. I'm not calling him again."
"Dr. Tom was amazing for me. After a bad seperation from my partner I was looking for ways to become whole again. I was very reticent and obscure with my affairs, Tom knew there were deeper issues at hand. He offered fantastic objective advice without addressing any uncomfortable details. I am glad to say I feel complete again, not alone. Thank you Tom I hope you read this."
"I signed up for a consolt with Tom. After 15 minutes explaining what I was looking for from therapy and telling him my issues. He called me a liar and told me to face my lies. I have since found a real doctor to help me and have found that I have a tbi. Something good ol tom had told me was not a real thing. Now after almost 8 months he decided to Bill me for my one and only visit that he cut short by 20 minuets because he said he could not help me. Don't waste your time with this fool."
