"Their intake process is a mess. I have been trying for weeks to get my kid back in for an intake, as we went with them years ago. They send you to an intake voicemail and this last time, I am still waiting for a call back. You have to sot by your phone during all week day hours to hopefully not miss the call, or it starts all over again and you have to go back to waiting for a return ca that takes quite some time. This is not helpful to families needing prompt help. Other than that, we have not had issues with therapists in the past. Just getting ahold of anyone to start the therapy process is a long ordeal. Calling other places at this point."
