"After two months of x-rays, expensive physical therapy, and daily exercises, I came to Katrina as a last resort. The pain in my lower back and hips was truly making me depressed. I am an active woman of 65 and was thinking that my daily walks, weekly hikes and my gardening season would need to come to an end.
