"We bought our home from Gallery of Homes in 2016. Within a year, we had several issues. They did send someone out to make a few repairs, and had someone from the manufacture come out about floor issues. Within the first year, we noticed several spots in the floor on the back side of the house that were “dips” in the floor. They sent someone out, he went under the house and assured us that the floor was fine. It was just the way the wood of the floor was. Here we are coming up on 7 years in the house and the floor in those same spots that we called about before are now sunken in and sagging. We have reached out to Gallery multiple times about this and have been told “Randal will call you” or someone will call you back. No one has called us back. There is no way that a home that was brand new in 2016 should have floors caving in within 7 years. Not good quality or customer from them."

James and Jacob were so professional and friendly while doing the grading. Foundations crew was quick and it looks great! The team at Gallery has made quick progress on our build and kept us informed. Nothing but great things to say thus far! 1.21.2023- UPDATE- House was assembly in a day and it is beautiful! They came back on Sat to complete the roof. We were so impressed with the crew onsite as well as Wayne and Randal's quick response to the tire marks in the yard. The ground was soft from rain a few days ago and the onsite team did their best not damage the yard. Randal had his crew there first thing this AM to grade and spread straw. Another good experience! Even though it's not finished, I posted a picture of the progress! Our build is on Lake Hartwell. Can't wait to enjoy the view from all our windows! 3.13- UPDATE- Hoping to close in a week or so. Still so happy with the quality of service we have received from everyone. Keith, Tim and Shawn along with the rest of the service team have been incredible! Thomas did our walk through last week and addressed the items we found...which wasn't very much. You won't regret choosing Gallery of Homes! 3-27- Update- Closed on time and super happy! A few items to fix after move in but Jessica in the office set all repairs up and Shawn got them fixed in a timely manner. Over all good experience. Give them a call if your looking for a quality build with profession employees. 1 negative.... We are not 100% happy with the porches and stairs but I don't think they use that contractor anymore. The quality of that work was not even close to Gallery's and their team members. Can't say enough about the team Randal (The Owner) has in place. He is lucky to have them all! Thanks to everyone that helped us along the way!"
