"Waiting list to be seen. Grueling amount of intake paperwork. I did not receive the care I needed. Refresh Therapy used my first personal session to go over administrative rules and billing. After 15 minutes into my session, I had to politely end the session admitting to the therapist that I was triggered by the fact that I really needed care and felt that administrative rules and billing could have given by front desk or administrative people and email. Or in the intake paperwork."

"This corporate wanna be healthcare really, really helped destroy my child’s self confidence and dismissed everything my child expressed as concerns. He is forever scarred AFTER therapy from cutting. Then they refused to continue care for two copay’s not being paid during Covid. I have asked for records and they never followed through. I have alerted the department of health and wanted to alert the public that this place is just for a quick buck-and I mean the actual ‘guy’ who ‘owns’ the ‘practice’ who is a banking individual, my thoughts on Washington law was a practitioner had to ‘own’ a ‘practice’, was the final straw. I’ve never been treated with such hostility or disrespect and lack of concern of my child’s needs."
