"Their automated system is the absolute worst. Doesn’t refill prescriptions or connect you to the pharmacy."
"I love using this pharmacy. They are fast with my meds and are always super cool and kind. I call and ask questions a lot, and they are so helpful. Best pharmacy in my town for sure."
"There is no number you can call to talk to a human, so you have to call an automated line to know whether your scrip is ready. I have been in 6 times in 5 days because the robot says it is ready when it isn’t. The people behind the counter literally said “we aren’t responsible for the system being wrong.” They were unwilling or unable to give me an alternate number to call. Honestly do yourself a favor and go to any other pharmacy. Fred Meyer can do groceries but their pharmacy is a complete joke."
"Exceeded my expectations! 3.5 minutes to get my order from the drive up. Tiffany was courteous and efficient. I will never go to Walgreens or Rite Aid (any of them) again. They are closed for lunch 2-2:30 and open at 10am. Before 10am is vax time and the drive up is closed. Good for FM not slowing down the drive through with short staffing issues caused by vax appointments! (are you listening Walgreens?!) Also, why would you give these health care workers a 1 star review because you didn't call/web order ahead with your RX. Plan ahead people! Thanks FM! John"
"New prescriptions always require two trips to fill, even if the physician calls the order in. Since the pharmacist doesn't answer the phone, the physician calling the order in leaves a voice mail with the order. When you arrive an hour later to pick up the prescription, you have to remind the pharmacist to pick up their voice mail, since they haven't done this and so certainly haven't begun to fill the prescription. Since they are continually "backed up for at least an hour", you'll need to leave and come back to get your prescription. One trip in to tell them to check their voice mail, another trip back an hour later to pick up your order. There's got to be a better way."
