"Please don’t take your loved ones to this facility. It is dirty, and the woman in charge of the patients/staff is unkind, spiteful and incompetent. I have never posted a negative review in my life, but this is just too important."

"There has been oftentimes where they have a sign out stating offering free CNA classes but in reality they do that because all their employees leave due to terrible work conditions. They are often understaffed which only makes things worse for the residents and the employees too. Due to their not being enough employees at times, 8-15+ residents can be taken care under one nurse assistants and one nurse during 12+ hours. The conditions could improved if their was more employees staffed."

"I wish I could rate this -200. It’s HORRIBLE if your love you family’ member please rethink about putting them in this facility. My grandma is in there currently. The conditions are not acceptable for even a healthy individual to stay there. && especially not for some one who is 73 years old and had surgery 3 days ago ! They will leave you to die. There are several fall risk at that facility. They abandon the requirement of meeting the need of the patients in the facility. It’s is not clean and the proper care for the patient are not being held by the facility AT ALL. It’s so inhumane that I will be reporting this facility to BBB and I also am turning this facility and all staff members in to adult protective services. As a mandated reporter I have observed this to not be a safe place for residents or visitors. I am beyond concerned for the well being of anyone in this facility. This place is disheartening."

"If I could give this place a negative rating I would. My father in law has Dementia and was a patient of theirs for 2 weeks before ending back in the hospital due to their neglect! The entirety of his stay, he was not once showered, and never had a dressing change on his bed sore that became infected. This place is horrible and I wouldn't put my enemies there! This is a picture of his dinner they decided to just set on his table ALONG with his used urinal and a depend. This place needs to be shut down!"

"My grandmother is currently a resident and when I visit she acts like she can’t actually tell me what’s going on. She has been ignored and denied treatments she needs to breath. The staff is rude and ignored me for 30 mins at the front desk. As I was leaving we spotted a biohazard mattress sitting outside right in front near the doors. Never in my life have I reported a place so fast. Please if you love your family, try to find somewhere else first."
