"Ever since the strike they can’t get anything correct three days past the day I was to get my mail order I had to cancel the mail order and go to Rockwood to pick it up now apparently they are trying to out think my Dr. instead of filling my prescription the way it’s supposed to be or the way it’s written they want to make stuff difficult and ask him if he meant it the way he wrote it. Just try to earn the raise and make the patients feel happy about the strike we suffered through. They were a bit better."

"Obviously no one here knows how to read directions from the doctor where it’s states to only dispense medication from a specific manufacturer. I’ll be filing a complaint tomorrow. This is such a hassle"
