"I like the pharmacy. The only problem I have is they changed their hours and they don’t post it or tell anyone. I went to get my needed pain meds at 5:45pm tonight on Sunday. They now close at 5 instead of 6pm. I could have gotten it on Friday but didn’t know they are now open on weekdays until 8. They use to close at 7. So please put a sign up when you change your hours. Send out a text to the customers that you text their refills are ready. A pharmacist called me last week but never mentioned the hours changed. I looked for a sign tonight at the pharmacy that would say their hours but there is none. I hope someone at the pharmacy reads this and changes the way they handle the changes in hours open. I can’t be the only person that has had an issue with this. Thank you. I came in the day after writing this review. I asked why they don’t post change of hours so people are aware. The employee told me it is posted at the doors coming into the store. So I looked when I left and there is nothing posted about the pharmacy at all. Come on it’s important that we get our meds. Please work with us to let us know when your hours change. You did a great job of posting the lunch time when you started that. Please do the same with hour changes. Thank you so much for your help with this in the future."

"If you choose this pharmacy basically the only good thing is that they have a drive through option. They never fill meds on time. Slowest possible pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of filling my meds at. Every time they tell me my meds will be ready tomorrow, I come the next day & they’re still not ready. It’s always such a pain just to get my dang medicine filled. Also, they have a new drive through lady who’s younger who is honestly just nasty & rude & her attitude is less than professional. So if any higher-ups are reading this, this unprofessionalism should be addressed I don’t remember the employees name but whoever was working the pharmacy drive-through window today which is December 7 at 2:16 PM Please address your employee."

"Last few times I’ve called for assistance the techs will ask questions but then speak over me as soon as I start to talk. it’s really rude and frustrating. I’ve received a lot of misinformation and attitude from most of them (90%). The pharmacist have been professional and have customer courtesy. But the technicians need an adjustment therefore I’m not going to ever fill here again unless I have no other choice."
