"They are all very helpful and do what they can to save the most $! They know my name and as soon as I arrive they start looking up my information! The text/phone call service is great, along with auto fill! They also are very knowledgeable about side effects or other medication questions. I consider them like friends or even family!"

"Not pleased by the service I’ve received. It takes them at least three days to get my prescription in so I have to keep calling every day to see if they have it yet or not. Which is tricky considering they only bother to pick up the phone a third of the time. Then, when my prescription finally comes in, they almost always have a line and spend over ten minutes per person. Just to go and grab that person’s prescription. They have two people working there and yet somehow can’t pick up the phone or serve people in a reasonable amount of time."

"Staff was rude and spoke to me as though I didn’t understand how insurance works. It was a terrible experience and it took FOREVER. I get it takes a while to fill these but for someone who just out of dental surgery and is in pain I would’ve liked it to be ready within the 40 min allotted time. they sure didn’t have any issue lallygagging and when I found my husbands prescription insurance after I submitted it they seemed annoyed. It’s difficult enough to get prescriptions filled for someone else let alone when they’re under anesthetics so some patience and understand would have been nice."

"Great job. I had called a previous Safeway pharmacy and received rather poor service. I had a much better experience with this location. I arrived to pick up some medication not covered by my insurance. Even though I already had a coupon, the pharmacy was able to find another that lowered the price further. I will be continuing to use this location after service like this."
