Regal The Landing

"I appreciate the managers helping me change our tickets to an earlier time because we both got called in for work later that afternoon. However when it came to ordering snacks through the app .. I was a bit disappointed. I ordered some treats and a drink on the app in where I was notified to make way and pick up my order. It cost $23 and some change. I gave myself about 5 minutes in case time was needed for everything to be ready for pickup and then made way to grab my order. When I went to get my order my drink was the only thing ready and when I asked for the rest of it showing the two girls the receipt for snacks they told me to grab it. The problem was, there were four things and I wasn’t 100% sure where anything was or what they were (my order was for a friend and myself). I needed help and asked where some of the things were but all I got was a finger pointed to the snacks saying “it should be over there” and another response from an additional staff member of “oh I don’t know what that is” .. so I just grabbed whatever, showed the three staff members what I took so they knew what I was taking and left annoyed. I thought the whole point of ordering through your phone was to avoid the wait, like a quick pick up and go to avoid missing the movie .. I was wrong and really disappointed"

"Very nice theater. Very clean and well maintained. The screen looked like it g had been damaged by something thrown at it, but it didn't really distract from the show. Popcorn was fresh and hot although outrageously priced."

"While a decent theater, it does not have nearby disabled parking which is a necessity for me, or the highly desireable reclining seats. Because of the parking problem, I would rather drive elsewhere so that I'm not in significant pain throughout the movie."

"Nice movie theater with a lot of restaurants close by. The tickets are less expensive on Tuesdays if you are signed up for their free membership and the popcorn was half off as well since it was Tuesday."

"Comfy seats, clean theatre and cheerful staff. Great experience and all after a nice leisurely drive from south side Seattle to the Renton area along Lake Washington. Will definitely be coming back here in the future."
